Psalm 119 shifts tone here:
Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.

We like control.
We like to believe:
- we can manage things
- we can fix things
- we can carry things
But eventually, we all reach a limit.
Dependence Is Not Weakness
Dependence on God is not failure.
It is clarity.
It is recognizing:
- we need help
- we need grace
- we need strength beyond ourselves
Forgiveness and Dependence
Some things are too heavy to carry alone.
Forgiveness is one of them.
There are moments where:
- you don’t feel ready
- you don’t feel willing
- you don’t feel capable
That’s where dependence begins.
A Simple Prayer
“God, I can’t do this on my own.
Help me take the next step.”
That is enough.
